- No additional fees are charged by Digital Vibes. Please note, additional fees for credit card handling or currency conversion may apply, depending on your card provider or bank. The service requires an Obsidian Sync subscription, which Obsidian bills separately.
- Exchanges & Returns Policy
- As Digital Vibes does not sell physical products, we do not have a standard exchange or return policy. Payments are not refunded, including for part of a month, except where required by law or for a charge made in error. See the terms.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time from Manage billing on the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the trial or the paid month, and no further payments are taken.
- Delivery times
- Digital Vibes does not deliver physical products. Access starts as soon as payment, or the start of the free trial, has been processed by our servers. Your private server is set up within a few minutes of connecting your vault.
- Accepted payment methods
- Digital Vibes accepts payments through credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered by Stripe.
- Payment period
- Card payments are processed immediately, unless there are server issues with our payment processor, Stripe, in which case payments might be delayed. With a free trial, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. The subscription is then charged monthly in advance.
- Price
- $2.99 per month (USD), tax included. The first subscription on an account starts with a 3-day free trial.
